Return and Cancellation

1. Returns & Exchanges
  • Our products are not eligible for Return or Exchange.

  • However, if you receive a damaged, defective, wrong product, or an incomplete order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Please share clear pictures (and an unboxing video, if applicable) by emailing us at info@lxvie.com or contact@lxvie.com.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
  • We follow strict quality checks for shipping and packaging, but in rare cases, if an issue occurs, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • After reviewing the claim, a refund or replacement will be processed within 4–7 working days.

3. Failed Transactions & Refunds
  • For failed online transactions, the refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 7 working days.

4. Cancellations
  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as we dispatch them within 1 working day.
