1. Returns & Exchanges

Our products are not eligible for Return or Exchange.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, wrong product, or an incomplete order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We follow strict quality checks for shipping and packaging, but in rare cases, if an issue occurs, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

After reviewing the claim, a refund or replacement will be processed within 4–7 working days.
3. Failed Transactions & Refunds

For failed online transactions, the refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
4. Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as we dispatch them within 1 working day.
